This will be our very first Christmas in our new home and I am determined to get the decor right and to make it a little bit different from what I normally do.
With my new interest in all things blogging - especially crafty blogging - I'm hoping to load myself with inspiration for Christmas decorations to make myself and while scouring the blogesphere I came across some amazing goodies.
Just take a look at this wreath I found at 'Shakespear's Stage'. I know it's an Autumn Rosette Wreath but I think it could easily be adapted with Christmas coloured fabrics. Although, having said that, I love it as is!

Or what about this gorgeous Winter White wreath I found over at 'Tiaras and Bowties' made from a sweater!
I'm loving these blocks over at 'Folksy'. They're so easy and quick to make (check this tutorial out) and I'll certainly be making some with rich festive Reds & Golds.
'Shabby Story' has an amazing piece on lovely decorations she has made for her new tree. Here's just one of those gorgeous items as a taster. Head on over to Shabby Story for heaps more.
'The Ivy Cottage' is showcasing some of last years christmas decorations and I was immediately drawn to this:
So easy to make and yet looks so expensive. Gotta be good right!
Hope that has given you some crafting inspiration. I know I can't wait to get started I just have to get a few other projects finished first as I've ran out of workshop space!
